One month - H

E is one month old today. One very distinctive characteristic about her is that she loves her sleep. When I try to burp her over my shoulder, she fights me to turn her head so she can lay it on my shoulder so she can go back to sleep. I put her on her belly for tummy time today. After a few minutes, I realized that she had fallen asleep. She is a champion sleeper.

After a month, I find that I wish I had some more time and fewer things to do so I could simply enjoy E, but life is a bit busier now with taking care of J and keeping the house in some semblance of order. My attention is divided and I always find myself wanting more time to just sit and stare or take a nap next to her or snap the 500th photo of her sleeping. That time just seems to slip through my fingers. I do enjoy her so much though. Love you, baby E! Happy 1 month birthday!
