Security schmecurity - H

So, we do quite a lot of online banking, and all of these banks have instituted this tangle of a security system where you have to respond to 5 security questions, those that only you would know the answers to. Great idea...except when you have to remember the answers to 5 different questions for 5 (okay 4) institutions, and because you can't remember if you answered with the city in which you were married or the formal name of the restaurant at which your reception was held or the common name or the name of the building in which the restaurant is located you are locked out of your account. FRUSTRATING!!!

It's most frustrating b/c I just don't believe that it really offers that much more security that I have to answer these additional questions every time I login. It's all an illusion that makes some customers happy, a marketing gimmick so that they don't lose their customers to the bank over there that's offering this "added security measure."

Airport security ruffles my feathers too. Don't get me started!
