33 weeks - H

33 weeks - Gosh, it's coming up fast, but I still don't think it's sunk in quite yet. I'm excited, but I think it's tempered by the fact that I'll also have to look forward to the other side of having a baby - sleep deprivation, perhaps the pain of nursing, and labor and delivery to name a few. Still, I hope baby comes early. I encourage her everyday that it's okay if she wants to come out today. I'm super excited about shopping for baby clothes and dressing baby. I went to the mall and saw some of the summer clothing that's out, and it's soooo cute! I don't know if baby will be wearing much of that now, but I can't wait until I can dress her in those outfits! Shopping for her will be a lot of fun. She'll probably be dressed better than I am on most days. =P

I decided on crib bedding. Yea! This is after searching through endless crib bedding collections for weeks. It's a quilted pattern of mostly pastel blues, greens, white, and pinks - clean and refreshing - no reds, creams, browns, and greens. I just couldn't find anything in those colors. I think I was looking for something clean with a color palate that I wouldn't tire of easily. I thought I wanted bold colors, and I was originally thinking that I was going to steer away from flowery stuff b/c I don't tend to choose those patterns for myself. It's really cute for babies and little girls though. Now I can start to think more seriously about decor and accessories and start organizing the room. Fun!
