Argh! - H

My blasted floor sub-contractors! They not only didn't do what we'd asked for, they actually ruined our floor and changed its character. They really should pay us! We're getting our money back in full, but to fix their mistake would cost us at least double what we were going to pay them. We don't really want to battle over it though. It's not really worth it to us.

We moved our stuff over to the house yesterday. It was fun hanging out with the guys, figuring out how to get the fridge in the door, eating lunch, and catching up. Our contractor was there too, but he didn't join us, sadly. I think he's shy. I started organizing things in the kitchen, but we still have a lot of things left at the apartment. Plus, we have to clean. Clean, clean, clean! We have 2 homes until Friday, but ironically, we're homeless. We're staying at the Otts' for a couple of weeks until our house is finished. We'd move in except the part that's unfinished is the floor.

It will be nice indeed when we do finally move in.
