Ah wee ah - H

Yesterday, I took J for a walk in the baby carrier. So, she was facing me and we were having a grand ol' time. I was actually trying to get her to go to sleep, but it didn't work. She was pointing things out on the street and then pointing to the different features on my head. She particularly likes my ears. So she was wiggling my ears and saying, "Ears," with a big smile on her face. She can be so goofy sometimes.

Well, the best part of the walk was when she said to me, "Ah wee ah," (which means, "I love you" in j-ese) and then gives me a kiss on the cheek. I wonder if she knows what that means or if she feels something that makes her want to say what seems like a special phrase. Was she really expressing something? I'd like to think she was.

Gosh, I enjoy J so much that I can't imagine enjoying another quite as much. What would it be like if we had more kids? Both E and I can't imagine liking any subsequent children as much as we like J.
