Hired - H

We have hired a contractor. Hooray! Hopefully we'll be starting in a couple of weeks. We'll be meeting with kitchen and bath designers next week about our kitchen & bath plans, and hopefully we'll be ready to get started then. Finally! It just took time to find the right person, someone we're comfortable with. If we ever do this again, we know who we'd work with and so I'd hope it would be a much quicker process. We feel really good about our contractor though. He's already been so easy to work with, and I feel at ease when thinking about working with him and not the other ones that we'd met. Phew! What a relief!

In other news, I've gotten some wedding related gigs. I'm planning one and may possibly be coordinating another. The best thing? They're both paid gigs. Will this possibly become a little side business? I certainly wouldn't mind.
