H: Oh! How about Arthur? Is Arthur funny? (b/c she likes Arthur for some reason and is always saying he's funny.)
J: Arthur hiLARious!

J was putting her doll to sleep.
J: Mommy. Baby's sleeping.
H: Oh, did you pray for baby? Do you want to pray for baby?
J: Yeah. Dear Lord, thank you for my fameemy (family). Thank you, O Lord, for my fameemy. Thank you for my fameemy. Amen!

J: Baby's going to work.
H: Oh, okay.
J: with J.
H: Okay. Have a good day.
J: Have to check my email. (She picks up a piece of junk mail from the floor.) This is my email.

J wants to read this book from the library, but E flipped through it and noticed it had a lot of words and might be beyond her level of understanding.
E: This book looks like it might be boring, J.
(E starts reading the book to J and pointing out the pictures.)
J: (after a while) This book's not boring, Daddy. Not boring, Daddy. This book's not boring, Daddy.

So, I think we may take J to our prenatal doctor's appointments. We had one today, and I told her we're going to the doctor and that we're going to hear Baby. She was really interested in that.
J: Going to doctor today. Going to hear baby. Wah wah wah!
